CHRIS PEREZ, GENERAL MANAGER

Chris has been in the restaurant industry for nearly half of his life. He has been in the management roll for over a decade. He joined in the raw in 2015 as the Assistant Manager.

Chris is an avid OSU fan, who enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

BRENNA TORREY, BAR MANAGER

Sagittarius, Rosè drinker, chihuahua mom, caffeine dependent life form and boss babe of the booze. Brenna is still adjusting to the fact that life isn't a poolside cabana with unlimited bottles of Veuve but you can find her behind our bar Monday through Friday serving up all of our finest spirits. Her hobbies include breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. 

FELIX ADAME, HEAD SUSHI CHEF

​Felix has been behind a sushi bar since he was 17 years old. He trained under Chef Kim Sang Woo before eventually finding his way to in the raw in 2014. He became our sushi manager in 2015.
 
He enjoys long walks on the beach and drinking margaritas in his spare time.
